Your responsibilities
By applying, you agree to represent Timetablr at your university as a student campus ambassador. You are our main student contact for your campus.
You are responsible for uploading your university's timetable whenever it changes. This includes new semesters, room changes, time changes, cancelled classes, and any other official schedule updates. Students rely on you to keep the timetable current.
You agree to share your university's timetable template with Timetablr. This may be a PDF, Excel file, screenshot, or official schedule format. We use it to build an extractor so your campus timetable can be imported reliably.
You agree to provide accurate university, campus, and contact details, and to keep us informed if those details change.
You agree to represent Timetablr respectfully, share the app honestly with classmates, and not misuse ambassador access or student data.
Checking the agreement box and submitting an application means you have read these terms and accept these responsibilities. Timetablr may decline or end an ambassadorship if these terms are not followed.
